PROVIDING AND IMPLEMENTING THE SERVICE

• The service is implemented in the natural environment of a client, whether it is in his/her home or through escorts outside of it (accompanying to the doctor, to the authority etc.).
• Time limit of providing service is subordinated to the needs of a client, we are prepared to provide a complete care within 24 hours.
• A service worker provides support, help and care in areas, in which the client needs it in the action of care for one’s own person (i.e. getting dressed, moving to bed, etc.), personal hygiene, providing food, and housekeeping, in providing contact with the social environment and handling of personal affairs.
• The client is activated by the social worker in an appropriate way so that his or her present abilities and skills were kept for as long as possible, or renewed and supported.

We provide support, assistance, and care based on a welcoming and individual approach to our clients. The client care is guided in a partnering form between the worker of the provider and the client with the elimination of safety risks with always respecting the client’s right to dignified treatment.
